Polish Films in Vilnius
Polish films co-financed by the Polish Film Institute are featured in the lineup of the 18th ‘Kino Pavasaris’ International Film Festival, which runs in Vilnius from March 14 through March 28, 2013.
New Europe – New Names Competition
The lineup of the New Europe – New Names Competition, which showcases films from our region and the Balkans, features a total of twelve titles, including two Polish films: Bejbi Blues (Baby Blues) by Katarzyna Rosłaniec and Miłość (Loving) by Sławomir Fabicki.
Short Film Competition
The Short Film Competition features several Polish shorts: Święto zmarłych (All Souls’ Day) by Aleksandra Terpińska, Gwizdek (The Whistle) by Grzegorz Zariczny, and the Polish-American co-production Dlaczego tutaj jesteś (Why Are You Here) by Laurence Walsh.
Polish Productions in Other Sections
The lineup of the Discoveries section will feature Ixjana by Józef Skolimowski and Michał Skolimowski. Fuck For Forest by Michał Marczak will screen in the festival’s documentary section.
