Polish presence at the Rotterdam IFF
The Rotterdam International Film Festival (IFFR) will take place in the second half of January. Polish producers will take part in industry events. The program will also include Polish films.
At the end of November, the Polish Film Institute announced the call for applications from producers interested in participating in industry events organized at the Rotterdam International Film Festival. From among the submitted applications, four producers were selected whose names are listed below.

- Małgorzata Wabińska (Entertain Pictures)
- Marta Gmosińska (Lava Films)
- Paweł Kosuń (Centrala Distribution)
“Corpus Christi” and “My heart” in the Voices section
The Voices section is a program presenting the works of outstanding directors of modern cinema. In the upcoming edition, the film “Corpus Christi” by Jan Komasa, which is currently fighting for an Oscar, will be shown. Damian Kocur’s short film “My Heart” is in the same section.
The festival’s program also includes the latest film by Janusz Majewski entitled “Black Mercedes”.
All of the above films are co-financed by the Polish Film Institute.
The festival will take place from January 22 – February 2, 2019.
