The picture shows us the face of Wisława Szymborska known only to the nearest and dearest. The film is mostly a record of her journeys, casual memories, thoughts but also interviews with friends and those who are particularly appreciated by Wisława Szymborska. All of them, including Vaclav Havel, Umberto Eco, Woody Allen, or Jane Goodall – the famous researcher of apes, they express their admiration when talking about the poetess.
