A documentary about remarkable Polish cinematographer Edward Kłosiński made by Andrzej Wajda. Numerous archive materials with Edward Kłosiński were used in the film, including the making-of of “Chopin. Desire for Love” (“Chopin. Pragnienie miłości”).

 

Andrzej Wajda
Born in 1926. Theatre and film director. Co-founder of Polish Film School, one of the most prominent personages of European cinema. Laureate of numerous festivals and lifetime achievement awards: Golden Palm (1981), Cesar (1982), European Film Award (1990), Freedom Award (1999) and Oscar (2000). Founder and lecturer of Andrzej Wajda Master School of Film Directing.
