A young German woman throws herself from the tower of a Wrocław church. The investigation into this mysterious death is led by experienced and uncompromising detective Warski. To Warski’s dismay, Ana Wittesch – a German policewoman with Polish roots – is also assigned to the case. What Warski doesn’t know is that Ana is really in Wrocław on another secret investigation.
