The Eurimages Co-Production Development Award for the best project presented at the Berlinale Co-Production Market went to the creators of "The War Has Ended", whose main producer is Madants (Poland).
Polish films win in Clermont-Ferrand
February 10 saw the finale of the 40th Short Film IFF in Clermont-Ferrand. The Grand Prix in the International Competition was awarded to the film "Tremors" by Dawid Bodzak, and the award for best documentary went to Jakub Radej's "Dust".
Polish presence at the 68th Berlinale
February 15 sees the opening of the 68th International Film Festival in Berlin. The programme will include films co-financed by the Polish Film Institute as well as events related to Polish cinema.

On December 9 in Berlin the 2017 European Film Awards ceremony was held. The Award for European Costume Designer went to Katarzyna Lewińska.
